Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA A HIDRóLISE ENZIMáTICA DA PROTEìNA DO TECIDO DA MUCOSA DE MAMìFEROS EM UMA MISTURA AQUOSA, PARA A ADSORçãO EM FASE SóLIDA DE HEPARINA, E PARA A EXTRAçãO DE HEPARINA, E, HEPARINA". A invenção diz respeito a um processo simplificado para a extração de heparina a partir do tecido da mucosa animal. O processo consiste de uma etapa de hidrólise enzimática da matéria prima em temperatura ambiente, seguido pela hidrólise por até 6 horas em uma temperaturas de 50 a 75°C. O aumento na temperatura é obtido por meios fáceis. A mistura de digestão pode ser ainda incubada durante o arrefecimento a temperatura ambiente. A heparina é recuperada do trocador de ânion presente no hidrolisado de proteína.
