Abstract

<B>"BLINDAGEM FORMADA POR CAMADAS MúLTIPLAS DE MATERIAL RESISTENTE à PENETRAçãO E SEU MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO"<D> A presente invenção se refere a uma blindagem, em particular uma blindagem para o corpo para usuárias femininas, feita de múltiplas camadas (30) de material resistente à penetração, por exemplo feita de fibras de poliaramida, especialmente conformada para se ajustar sobre uma área conformada a ser protegida, por exemplo o busto de uma usuária feminina. A parte conformada da blindagem é disposta em uma forma por uma série de alinhavos (37) em camadas sucessivas (30) do material. Cada alinhavo em uma camada material compreende uma seção geralmente em forma de V (35), cujas bordas (37) são unidas para formar um alinhavo. A seção em forma de V (35) do material é dobrada nela mesma para formar uma prega (40) que é dobrada sobre um lado do alinhavo (37) para formar uma espessura adicionada que é sobreposta ou subjacente a uma parte adjacente da material (30). Os alinhavos (37) são angularmente deslocados uns dos outros com pregas (40) orientadas em direções de tal modo que a espessura adicionada seja distribuída substancialmente uniforme, evitando desse modo protuberâncias ou rigidez e melhorando o conforto do usuário.
