"PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE (1R,4S)-2-AZA-BICICLO[2.2.1]HEPT-5-EN-3-ONA N-PROTEGIDA SUBSTANCIALMENTE ENACIOMERICAMENTE PURA E PARA A RESOLUçãO ENANCIOMéRICA DE UMA MISTURA RACêMICA DE (±) 2-AZA-BICICLO[2.2.1]HEPT-5-EN-3-ONA N-PROTEGIDA" A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de intermediários de fórmula (IV): substancialmente enanciomericamente puros, na qual P é um grupo ativador ou protetor, a partir de seus racematos pelo tratamento da mistura com uma enzima acilase derivada de Bacillus sp.
