Abstract
"PLASMìDEOS PARA TRANSFORMAçãO DE PLANTAS E PROCESSO PARA USAR OS MESMOS" Esta invenção refere-se a transformação de plantas mediada por Agrobacterium, especialmente à transformação de plantas com T-DNA, onde a leitura completa nas bordas é proibida. Isto pode ser feito por inibição de transferência de DNA de vetor para a célula de planta por criação de sítios de ligação de DNA fora das bordas T, mas também para inserir uma sequência de codificação fora das bordas T, que, esteja ou não em cooperação com os genes da planta hospedeira ou genes co-transferidos, são tóxicas para as plantas de modo que se tem uma contra-seleção para as plantas com DNA -vetor supérfluo.
