"PROCESSO PARA INIBIR MICROORGANISMOS INDESEJáVEIS EM UM MATERIAL CONTENDO OU EXPOSTO AOS MICROORGANISMOS, E, CULTURA PURA ISOLADA DE BACILLUS SUBTILIS". Uma cepa de Bacillus subtilis atípica de Pozol, uma bebida mexicana, é usada no controle de mofos e outras floras de deterioração de alimentos em vários materiais, particularmente alimentos, incluindo massas, tortilhas, grãos úmidos e queijo.
