Abstract
"MéTODO PARA QUANTIFICAR A EXPRESSãO DE UMA MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLêICO DE INTERESSE EM UMA AMOSTRA, MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR A PROGRESSãO DE UMA CONDIçãO PATOLóGICA, E MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR UMA VARIAçãO EM UM AGENTE INFECIOSO" A presente invenção se refere a um ensaio para quantificar o número de cópias de um gene, ou o nível de sua expressão, em uma amostra biológica. O método envolve utilizar uma molécula de oligonucleotídeo, a qual irá se hibridizar com ambas a molécula de ácido nuclêico alvo e com pelo menos uma molécula de ácido nuclêico adicional na amostra.
