Um dispositivo transuretral (10) para distribuição de um medicamento para a uretra de um corpo humano ou animal, que compreende um elemento portador do medicamento (3) que apresenta um eixo alongado (9) que tem uma extremidade livre voltada para a frente para inserção no interior da uretra do corpo humano ou animal em uma direção para a frente, o eixo alongado sendo dotado de um canal (15) que tem uma abertura (17) na superfície exterior do eixo alongado para o transporte do medicamento até a uretra.
