Abstract
<B>"COMPOSIçãO TERMOPLáSTICA E ARTIGO"<D> A presente invenção trata de uma composição à base de poliamida que apresenta propriedades reológicas no estado fundido compatíveis com um processo de modelagem por extrusão-insuflação e uma flexibilidade aperfeiçoada, por exemplo, à baixa temperatura. A composição compreende uma matriz à base de um polímero termoplástico poliamida e pelo menos um agente modificador da resistência aos choques presente em uma concentração ponderal compreendida entre 10 e 50% da composição, sendo que o módulo da referida composição é inferior a 1500 MPa. Ela trata também de um artigo em forma de tubo que compreende uma primeira parte (1) obtida por extrusão-insuflação de uma poliamida rígida, uma segunda parte (2) também obtida por extrusão-insuflação de uma composição de poliamida rígida, e uma terceira parte (3) intermediária em forma de fole realizada por extrusão-insuflação de uma composição poliamida de acordo com o exemplo 1. A extrusão de cada parte é realizada de maneira seq³encial.<B> "THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITION AND ARTICLE" <D> The present invention deals with a polyamide-based composition that has rheological properties in the molten state compatible with an extrusion-insufflation modeling process and improved flexibility, for example, at low temperature. The composition comprises a matrix based on a thermoplastic polyamide polymer and at least one shock resistance modifying agent present in a weight concentration comprised between 10 and 50% of the composition, the modulus of said composition being less than 1500 MPa. It also deals with a tube-shaped article comprising a first part (1) obtained by extrusion-insufflation of a rigid polyamide, a second part (2) also obtained by extrusion-insufflation of a rigid polyamide composition, and a third bellows intermediate part (3) made by extrusion-insufflation of a polyamide composition according to example 1. The extrusion of each part is carried out sequentially.
