Abstract
"PROCESSO APRIMORADO PARA A PRODUçãO FERMENTATIVA DE PENICILINA" A presente invenção revela um processo aprimorado para a preparação do ácido 6-amino penicilínico (6-APA) a partir de uma penicilina N-substituída fermentativamente produzida e que compreende as etapas de extração do composto de penicilina N-substituída como presente em uma calda ou fluido de fermentação por um solvente orgânico, a re-extração do composto de penicilina N-substituída em água, o tratamento da fase aquosa com uma acilase de penicilina e o isolamento do 6-APA a partir da assim obtida solução de conversão por cristalização. As melhorias adicionais compreendem a extração da cadeia lateral em um solvente orgânico e o isolamento do 6-APA a partir da assim obtida fase aquosa pelo uso de um processo específico de cristalização.
