Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR MATERIAL DE EMBALAGEM DECORADO COM TINTA DE IMPRESSãO, E, RECIPIENTE PARA EMBALAGEM" A divulgação está relacionada a um processo para a produção de laminados para embalagem decorados com tinta para impressão para embalagens assépticas do tipo que é produzido de forma tal que uma membrana do laminado para embalagem é, com a finalidade de esterilização, conduzido através de um banho de peróxido de hidrogênio antes de conformar a membrana como pacotes assépticos. O laminado para embalagem é produzido de forma que uma membrana de papel que possui um revestimento externo de polietileno de baixa densidade (LDPE) é, com a finalidade de promover aderência, submetido a um tratamento de coroa que modifica a sua polaridade, onde o revestimento externo de LDPE assim tratado é provido de uma decoração de tinta de impressão a base de água que é aplicada na configuração desejada no lado externo do revestimento. Submetendo a membrana deste modo decorada com tinta de impressão a um tratamento posterior de redução da energia da superfície, será obtido um laminado para embalagem que é suscetível de uma esterilização com um consumo de peróxido de hidrogênio consideravelmente reduzido, ao mesmo tempo em que é assegurada uma boa aderência entre a decoração de tinta de impressão a base de água e o revestimento externo de LDPE.
