Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR FORMAS SóLIDAS DE DOSAGEM FARMACêUTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de uma forma de dosagem sólida, oral, de rápida desintegração de uma substância farmaceuticamente ativa que possui um sabor inaceitável, processo esse que compreende: (i) formar uma solução ou uma suspensão em um solvente de um veículo hidrossolúvel ou dispersável em água, uma carga e a substância farmaceuticamente ativa com o sabor inaceitável, em associação com um lipídeo, a relação em peso da substância farmaceuticamente ativa para o lipídeo estando na faixa de 1:1 a 1:10 e a relação em peso do veículo para o lipídeo e estando na faixa de 5:1 a 1:15; (ii) formar unidades separadas da suspensão ou solução; e (iii) remover o solvente das unidades separadas sob condições pelas quais as dosagens unitárias são formadas compreendendo um sistema de veículo/carga portando uma dosagem da substância farmaceuticamente ativa em associação com o lipídeo; são também providenciadas formas de dosagem sólida, oral, de rápida desintegração preparadas por esse processo.
