Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE MOLDE APERFEIçOADO PARA UMA MáQUINA DE FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA E MéTODO DE OPERAçãO DE UMA MáQUINA DE FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA", dito conjunto de molde (12) incluindo um conjunto de revestimento de molde (30) tendo uma superfície interna (32) definindo um espaço de fundição (14), no qual metal derretido é modado e resfriado; um bocal de imersão (20), terminando dentro do espaço de fundição (14) para introduzir metal derretido no espaço de fundição (14), e uma estrutura de resfriamento seletivo (34), para seletivamente resfriar o conjuto de revestimento de molde (30), de tal modo que o resfriamento seja direcionado em intensidades variadas a diferentes porções da superfície interna (31) do conjunto de revestimento de molde (30), de acordo com padrões de circulação (24) predeterminados no metal fundido, com o que a desigualdade de transferência de calor, resultante de convercção, é acomodada sobre toda a superfície interna do conjunto de revestimento de molde (30).
