Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE UM MATERIAL TêXTIL FIBROSO CELULóSICO TINGIDO". Materiais celulósicos são tingidos com corante reativo, mediante pré-tratamento do tecido com um agente polimérico poli-catiónico, que, desejavelmente, também seja polinucleofílico. O agente pode ser um material de amina poliquaternária, especialmente um poli(DADMAC) ou polivinilpiridina, particularmente um que inclua sítios nucleofílicos, tais como grupos amino primários, por exemplo copolímeros de polialilamina/DADMAC e polivinilpiridina quaternizada com grupos sym-aminoalquila. Os corantes podem reagir com os centros nucleofílicos, de modo que a absorção em banho de corante pode ser conduzida por fixação do corante, ao invés da substantividade ao substrato. A necessidade do uso de sais para conduzir a substantividade pode ser obviada, e a lavagem pós tingidura para remover o corante não reagido/hidrolisado é muito simplificada. O material tingido pelo processo tem as boas propriedades de fixidez na lavagem dos materiais tingidos, usando-se corantes reativos. Uma ampla variedade de substratos celulósicos pode ser tingida, incluindo-se material de fibras de lyocell e materiais de mistura/união com poliamidas.
