Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DERIVADOS DE 4-AMINOALCóXI-1H-BENZIMIDAZOL, SEU PREPARO E SEU USO COMO AGONISTAS DO AUTO-RECEPTOR (D2) DE DOPAMINA"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos D~ 2~ dopaminérgicos da fórmula (I), em que R^ 1^ é hidrogênio, trifluorometila, pentafluoroetila, heptafluoropropila, um grupo alquila de cadeia reta ou ramificada tendo até 6 carbonos ou benzila opcionalmente substituída por um a três substituintes selecionados de halogênio, amino, nitro, hidróxi, C1-C6 alcóxi; R^ 2^ é hidrogênio ou C1-C6 alquila; R^ 3^ é hidrogênio, um grupo alquila de cadeia reta ou ramificada tendo até 10 átomos de carbono, cicloexilmetila, -(CH2)~ m~-Ar onde Ar é fenila, tienila, furanila ou piridinila, cada uma opcionalmente substituída por um a dois substituintes selecionados de halogênio, C1-C6 alcóxi, trifluorometila ou C1-C6 alquila; ou NR^ 2^R^ 3^ é 1,2,3,4-tetraidroquinolin-1-il ou 1,2,3,4-tetraidroisoquinolin-2-il; Y = halogênio, alquila inferior, amino e alcóxi inferior; n = 1-5; ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo. Esses compostos D2 dopaminérgicos são úteis no tratamento de esquizofrenia, mal de Parkinson, síndrome de Tourette e consumo de drogas ou álcool.
