Abstract

Patente de Invenção para <B>"AMINOPEPTODASE DERIVADA DE BACILLUS LICHENIFORMIS E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE PROTEìNAS TIPO NATURAL"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para remoção de resíduo de metionina (Met) no término N de proteínas especificamente. Particularmente, a presente invenção se refere a uma aminopeptidase que é purificada de Bacillus licheniformis que remove um resíduo de miotinina de término N de peptídeo e proteína. E a presente invenção se refere a um processo para preparação de uma proteína tipo natural de proteínas produzidas em microorganismos por tecnologia de DNA recombinante. Vários tipos de proteínas do tipo natural, tais como um hormónio de crescimento humano (HGH), podem ser preparadas massiva e facilmente pelo processo da presente invenção.
