Abstract
<B>"FLUORìMETRO"<D>. Um fluorímetro contem uma fonte luminosa (1) ligada opticamente, através da objetiva (2), com o filtro óptico de excitação (3); cubeta (5), opticamente ligada ao filtro óptico de registração (8) e ao sistema de registração. Ademais, o fluorímetro contem uma fonte luminosa (1) de impulsos; a cubeta (5), ligada opticamente às introduzidas lâminas divisoras ópticas: primeira e segunda (4, 7), sendo que a primeira lâmina divisora ótica (4) está opticamente ligada ao filtro óptico de excitação (3), enquanto que a segunda lâmina divisora óptica (7) está ligada a um sistema de enfocação introduzido. Um sistema é previsto de registração de três canais, onde cada canal contem um fotoreceptor (9, 10, 11), os quais estão opticamente ligados em sua entrada, respectivamente, com a primeira lâmina divisora óptica (4), o filtro óptico de registração (8) e com a segunda lâmina divisora óptica (7). Em sua saída, os fotoreceptores estão ligados a integradores estroboficantes (12), cujas saídas estão ligadas ao conversor analógico-digital (14), sendo que um dos fotoreceptores está ligado, através de um amplificador amortecedor (13), ao conversor analógico-digital (14), enquanto que os integradores estroboficantes (12) estão ligados ao conformador (15) de impulsos estrobóicos. O conversor análogo-digital (14) e o conformador (15) de impulsos estrobóicos estão ligados ao dispositivo de contróle (16) que, por sua vez está ligado ao dispositivo indicador (17).<B> "FLUORIMETER" <D>. A fluorimeter contains a light source (1) connected optically, through the objective (2), with the optical excitation filter (3); cuvette (5), optically connected to the optical registration filter (8) and the registration system. In addition, the fluorimeter contains a light source (1) of pulses; the cuvette (5), connected optically to the inserted optical dividing blades: first and second (4, 7), the first optical dividing blade (4) being optically connected to the optical excitation filter (3), while the second blade optical divider (7) is linked to an introduced focusing system. A three-channel recording system is provided, where each channel contains a photoreceptor (9, 10, 11), which are optically connected at its entrance, respectively, with the first optical dividing blade (4), the optical registration filter. (8) and with the second optical dividing blade (7). At their output, the photoreceptors are connected to strobe integrators (12), whose outputs are connected to the analog-to-digital converter (14), one of which is connected, through a buffer amplifier (13), to the analog-to-digital converter (14), while the strobe integrators (12) are connected to the strobe shaper (15). The analog-to-digital converter (14) and the strobe conformator (15) are connected to the control device (16), which in turn is connected to the indicating device (17).
