Abstract

"PRé-POLìMERO TERMINADO COM ISOCIANATO, PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAçãO, E, ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO". Espumas aperfeiçoadas de poliuretano de baixa densidade são preparadas a partir de um pré-polímero terminado com isocianato tendo um conteúdo de NCO de mais do que cerca de 31 a cerca de 33,5 % em peso compreendendo: (a) um poliisocianato de polimetileno polifenileno compreendendo (i) cerca de 30 a cerca de 100 % em peso de diisocianato de difenilmetano e (ii) o remanescente selecionado do grupo consistindo essencialmente de homólogos superiores de poliisocianato de polimetileno polifenileno, grupos de éster contendo isocianato, grupos de uréia, grupos de biureto, grupos alifáticos, grupos de carbodiimida, grupos de isocianureto, grupos de uretdiona e grupos de uretano; e (b) um poliol de polioxialquileno tendo um conteúdo de oxietileno de cerca de 30 a cerca de 90 %, um peso molecular de cerca de 1000 a cerca de 12000 e uma funcionalidade de cerca de 2 a cerca de 8.
