Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE HIDROLISADOS DE "KRILL"" Processo e aparelho utilizados na produção de um produto ou pré-mistura alimentício e os produtos feitos a partir deste processo. Uma quantidade predeterminada de hidrolisado de "krill" é adicionada à uma quantidade predeterminada de veículo seco com ou sem uma quantidade predeterminada de proteína marinha líquida. A mistura é submetida as etapas de evaporação e secagem, nas quais partículas relativamente pesadas são separadas de partículas relativamente mais leves. A mistura pode ser combinada, moída e submetida a reação química em um tanque de espera antes de entrar no secador. O secador utiliza uma fonte de ar aquecido, uma torre e um ciclone para secar a mistura, seguindo a sua entrada dentro do secador. Enzimas sensíveis à temperatura ou outros produtos bioativos podem ser adicionados ao produto produzido pelo secador. Um processo para obtenção de enzimas a partir de extrato de "krill" seco ou uma preparação de "krill" autolisada e o produto são também revelados.
