Abstract

"PROCESSOS E APARELHOS PARA CODIFICAR UM SINAL DE ENTRADA E PARA DECODIFICAR UMA CADEIA DE CóDIGOS, E, MEIO DE GRAVAçãO". Processo de codificação e aparelho e processo de decodificação e aparelho nos quais a informação codificada é diminuída em volume e nos quais as operações de codificação e decodificação são realizadas com um menor volume de processamento e menor capacidade de memória de reforço. O aparelho inclui um circuito de espalhamento de sinal de faixa baixa para separar componentes de sinal do lado de faixa baixa dos sinais dos canais L e R convertidos por um circuito de transformada em componentes de sinal espectrais, e um circuito de síntese de canal para sintetizar as componentes de sinal do canal (L + R) das componentes de sinal espectrais dos canais L e R. O aparelho inclui também um circuito de separação de sinal de faixa alta para separar as componentes de sinal do lado de faixa alta das componentes de sinal do canal (L + R), um circuito de codificação de componentes de sinal para codificação por compressão das componentes de sinal do lado de faixa baixa e um circuito de codificação de componentes de sinal para codificação por compressão dos coeficientes de informação de normalização obtidos das componentes de sinal de faixa alta do canal (L + R).
