Abstract

"MECANISMO DE VáLVULA E FLUXÈMETRO". A invenção provê um mecanismo de válvula fechado magneticamente e aberto por pressão para fluidos, compreendendo uma caixa 12, provida com, pelo menos, uma entrada 14, uma saída 16 e uma câmara 18 ligando-as, a câmara 18 sendo dotada de um anel de vedação 20 elasticamente deformável, definindo uma abertura 22 para a passagem de fluido 24, um corpo de vedação 26, posicionado na câmara 18 e é móvel entre a primeira posição de vedação e uma segunda posição, o corpo 26 tendo, pelo menos, uma área em corte transversal circular 28, dimensionada para ser cunhada na abertura 22, para efetuar sua vedação e impedir a passagem de fluido através da câmara 18, onde na primeira posição, o corpo 26 exerce uma força lateral contra o anel de vedação 20 maior que a força exercida pelo corpo contra o anel 20 na direção defronte a entrada 14 e onde na segunda posição, o corpo de vedação 26 está distanciado suficientemente do anel de vedação 20 para permitir que o fluido livre flua da entrada 14 para a saída 16 e um componente de magneto permanente 29 e um componente de corpo ferromagnético, um dos componentes 29 sendo montado rigidamente na câmara entre a entrada 14 e o anel de vedação 20 e o componente restante sendo uma parte do corpo de vedação 26, o componente de magneto permanente 29 compreendendo um corpo magnético 30, flanqueado por um par de placas ferromagnéticas 31, as extremidades de cada uma das placas 31 estendendo-se além de uma extremidade do corpo magnético 30 para ali criar um espaço com ar, pelo qual um fluxo magnético flui através de dito corpo magnético 30 e através das extremidades de ditas placas ferromagnéticas 31 para deter firmemente dito componente do corpo ferromagnético 26, quando levado em contato com o mesmo e para assim reter dito corpo de vedação 26 em dita primeira posição até a aplicação de uma predeterminada pressão de ruptura por dito fluido contra dito corpo de vedação 26, após isso dito corpo de vedação é deslocado para dita segunda posição.
