"EPOXISILANOS CONTENDO SELANTES LáTEX". Composições vedantes compreendendo um polímero de látex e um epoxisilano da fórmula na qual R^ 1^ é uma ponte de alquila difuncional com 2 a 6 átomos de carbono cada grupo R^ 2^ é o mesmo ou diferente e cada um é um grupo alquila ou arila de C~ 1~ a C~ 12~, ou um grupo alcóxi de C~ 1~ e C~ 6~ cada grupo R^ 3^ é o mesmo ou diferentes, e cada um é grupo alquila de C~ 2~ a C~ 6~, n é 2 ou 1, R^ 4^, R^ 5^, e R^ 6^ são cada um hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila de C~ 1~ a C~ 6~, R^ 7^ é um grupo alquila tendo de um a quatro átomos de carbono, ou aralquila, ou um grupo arila tendo seis a dez átomos de carbono, e c tem um valor de zero ou um; onde o epoxisilano é adicionado puro ou como uma solução não aquosa ao polímero.
