Patente de Invenção: <B>"DERIVADOS DE IMIDAZOLIN-4-ONA úTEIS COMO AGENTES ANTICANCERìGENOS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula 1 e a seus sais e solvatos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, em que Z, R, R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ são como aqui definidos. A invenção também refere-se a composições farmacêuticas contendo os compostos de fórmula 1 e a métodos para inibir o crescimento celular anormal, incluindo câncer, em um mamífero por administração dos compostos de fórmula 1 ao referido mamífero.
