Abstract

<B>PROCESSO DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDO COM CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO PRé-VAPORIZADA<D> é descrito um processo de craqueamento catalítico em leito fluidizado onde a carga de alimentação é completa e previamente vaporizada antes de entrar em contato com o catalisador de craqueamento, proveniente do regenerador. A pré-vaporização da carga torna desnecessária a troca de calor com o catalisador com a finalidade de vaporizar a carga, reduzindo desta forma a formação de depósitos de coque sobre as partículas do catalisador, melhorando o rendimento da unidade em gasolina e permitindo a operação da unidade em baixíssimos tempos de contato (<0,5 segundos). São também apresentados modos para o ajuste do balanço térmico da unidade em função do aumento da temperatura da carga, sem prejuízo da circulação do catalisador.
