Abstract

"INSERTO PARA A FIXAçãO DE UMA PEçA DE CONEXãO ELéTRICA SOBRE UMA PAREDE FINA E PROCESSOS DE SUA MONTAGEM E DESMONTAGEM". A invenção se refere a um inserto para a fixação de uma peça (5) de conexão elétrica sobre uma parede fina (4) e a seus processos de montagem e desmontagem. Um inserto de acordo com a invenção é constituído de um pino metálico (2), provido de uma cabeça troncónica e de um prolongamento rosqueado e de um anel metálico (3) não fendido que é munido de pelo menos um ressalto de retenção, cuja cabeça do pino é destinada a ser enfiada no anel (3) do lado oposto ao seu ressalto de retenção, enquanto que o conjunto é previsto para ser introduzido num furo feito na parede (4), enquanto a peça envolvente (5) é solidária com o anel (3), ou está entre este e uma porca (6) aparafusada no prolongamento rosqueado do pino (2), em que este inserto é notável, pelo fato de que o furo interno do anel (3) é inicialmente cilíndrico e que a dimensão longitudinal deste último, de sua extremidade livre até seu ressalto de retenção, é claramente superior à espessura da parede (4), de modo que sua parte que ultrapassa tal parede, do lado da cabeça troncónica do pino (2) se deforma, afunilando-se no curso da entrada forçada da cabeça troncónica do pino no anel (3).
