Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CARTUCHO DE PROCESSO INCLUINDO UMA PARTE DEFINIDORA DE ALçA DE UMA TRAJETóRIA DE PAPEL DA MáQUINA"<D>. Cartucho de processo eletrostatográfico, que pode ser montado de forma destacável em uma cavidade definida por módulos conjugados que formam peças de uma máquina de reprodução eletrostatográfica. O cartucho do processo inclui um alojamento alongado que possui paredes definindo uma extremidade frontal do cartucho de processo, uma extremidade traseira do mesmo, e uma câmara de processo; um membro fotorreceptivo sem-fim giratório possuindo um trajeto de laço fechado dentro da câmara de processo, e uma superfície sustentadora de imagem para suportar uma imagem de torner formada, e sendo montado dentro câmara de processo e em direção à extremidade traseira para contatar uma folha de recepção de imagem de toner movendo-se ao longo de uma trajetória de folha de máquina para transferência de imagem de toner. O cartucho de processo também inclui vários componentes de processo eletrostatográfico localizados ao longo da trajetória de laço fechado para formar uma imagem de toner sobre, e transferindo tal imagem de toner a partir da superfície de sustentadora de imagem para a folha de papel, um componente de limpeza para remover e transportar toner residual da superfície sustentadora de imagem, e subconjunto de coleta de toner residual montado em uma extremidade do alojamento alongado para receber e conter toner residual removido e transportado para o mesmo pelo componente de limpeza.
