Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"COMPONENTE ESTRUTURAL DE UMA LIGA DE ALUMìNIO FUNDIDA SOB PRESSãO"<D>. Para fabricar um componente estrutural, especialmente um componente estrutural de segurança na construção veículos, a partir de uma liga de alumínio em processo fundição sob pressão, a liga de alumínio é de tal modo escolhida que as exigências, formuladas ao componente relativamente à sua resistência e ductilidade, são cumpridas já no estado fundido, eventualmente após um tratamento térmico em uma faixa de temperatura de 230 até 350° C, porém sem recozimento a alta temperatura. Com um acréscimo de 0,05 até 0,4 % em peso de escândio, bem como seletivamente ainda 0,1 a 0,4 % em peso de zircónico, a resistência no estado fundido é ainda majorada adicionalmente e, por meio de uma escolha correspondente de temperatura e duração de um tratamento térmico subseq³ente, poderá ser regulado um índice ideal desejado entre alta dictilidade e resistência. A liga de alumínio consiste também de, no máximo, 0,5 % em peso de silício, no máx. de 1,0 % em peso de ferro, 0,1 a 1,6 % em peso de manganês, no máx. de 5,0 % em epso de magnésio, máx. de 0,3 % em peso de titânio, máx. de 0.1 % em peso de zinco e impurezas separadamente no máx. 0,02 % em peso, totalizado, no máx., de 0,2 % em peso.Invention Patent: <B> "STRUCTURAL COMPONENT OF AN ALUMINUM ALLOY CAST UNDER PRESSURE" <D>. To manufacture a structural component, especially a structural safety component in vehicle construction, from an aluminum alloy in a die-casting process, the aluminum alloy is chosen in such a way that the demands made on the component regarding its strength and ductility, are fulfilled already in the molten state, possibly after a heat treatment in a temperature range of 230 to 350 ° C, but without annealing at high temperature. With an increase of 0.05 to 0.4% by weight of scandium, as well as selectively still 0.1 to 0.4% by weight of zirconium, the resistance in the molten state is further increased and, through a choice corresponding temperature and duration of a subsequent heat treatment, an ideal desired index between high ductility and resistance can be set. The aluminum alloy also consists of a maximum of 0.5% by weight of silicon, max. 1.0% by weight of iron, 0.1 to 1.6% by weight of manganese, max. 5.0% by weight of magnesium, max. 0.3% by weight of titanium, max. 0.1% by weight of zinc and impurities separately max. 0.02% by weight, totaling a maximum of 0.2% by weight.
