Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE BATELADA EM LARGA ESCALA PARA DIAZOMETANO"<D>. é preparado diazometano em Processo em batelada em uma escala de ao menos 50 gramas-moles por batelada, a partir de uma N-metil-N-nitroso amina em uma solvente orgânico e uma base inorgânica em uma solução aquosa, pelo uso de um catalisador de transferencia de fase e pelo controle da escolha do solvente, concentrações de reagente, taxa de adição e temperatura de reação para causar co-destilação do produto e do solvente orgânico de tal maneira que a concentração de diazometano em ambas as fases líquida e de vapor seja controlada dentro dos limites que evitam a detonação do diazometano.
