Abstract

Patente de Invenção "ESTRUTURAS OBTIDAS A PARTIR DE COMPOSTO ORGANO CERâMICO DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA E SEUS PROCESSOS DE FABRICAçãO". Descrevem-se estruturas obtidas a partir de composto organo cerâmico de alta resistência e seus processos de fabricação. Uma espuma fibrosa de celulose endurecida por uma solução de silicatos de sódio, potássio, caolim e/ou cola branca mais cargas aditivas são revestidos e ou estruturados internamente por folhas finas de metais, plástico reforçado ou não, formicas, madeira ou papelão que são colados à mesma, ou estruturado internamente a exemplo do concreto armado tendo assim ampla utilização na indústria com aplicação na fabricação de divisórias, móveis, casas, caixas d'água, e até mesmo de carenagens de carros, aviões, barcos, etc. onde propriedades como, leveza, alta resistência mecânica de baixo custo são desejáveis, dependendo da composição, do revestimento e da estruturação, o material apresentará ainda maior ou menor grau de reciclabilidade.
