Um conjunto definível por usuário de relações de embutimento de eventos é mantido como elemento de configuração. O fechamento transitivo das relações de embutimento de eventos é verificado por ocasião da especificação para detectar ciclos e evitar erros de tempo de execução. Quando é detectado um evento a ser processado, o evento é comparado com relações definidas de embutimento e eventos enfileirados, para determinar se o evento detectado pode ser embutido em pelo menos um evento enfileirado ou vice-versa. Se o evento detectado puder ser embutido em um evento enfileirado, o evento detectado não é enfileirado. A user-definable set of event embedding relationships is maintained as a configuration element. The transitive closure of the event embedding relationships is verified when specifying to detect cycles and avoid runtime errors. When an event to be processed is detected, the event is compared with defined nesting relationships and queued events, to determine whether the detected event can be embedded in at least one queued event or vice versa. If the detected event can be embedded in a queued event, the detected event is not queued. When any of the queued events can be embedded in the detected event, the queued events are suppressed, if processing has not already started.
