Abstract

SISTEMA DE FIXAçãO DE BORDAS PARA MóVEIS E PERFIL DE BORDA refere-se a presente invenção a um sistema de fixação de um perfil de acabamento para móveis e ao perfil (15) associado, destinados a serem utilizados no setor de fabricação de móveis, sendo a fixação do perfil ao móvel obtida pelo uso de dispositivos de fixação, presos ao móvel por parafusos, nos quais é inserido o perfil (15). São utilizados três tipos de dispositivos de fixação, um dispositivo de fixação de canto inferior (1), usado no encontro de dois perfis perpendiculares, fixando-os um ao outro e ao móvel, um dispositivo de fixação longitudinal (6), disposto longitudinalmente ao longo do comprimento do perfil (15), fixando-o ao móvel e, finalmente, um dispositivo de fixação de canto superior (12), aplicado na parte superior do perfil, fixando dois perfis (15) perpendicularmente um ao outro, conferindo estabilidade ao conjunto. Os dispositivos de fixação inferiores são constituídos por lâminas retangulares (2,7) dispostas horizontalmente, das quais projetam-se abas retangulares (4,8) formando um ângulo com a horizontal, dotadas de irregularidades (5,9) e ressaltos (11) projetantes de suas faces inferiores, sendo que o dispositivo de fixação de canto inferior (1) apresenta duas abas adjacentes (4) e o dispositivo de fixação longitudinal apenas uma (8), enquanto o dispositivo de fixação de canto superior é constituído por duas lâminas retangulares (13) perpendiculares e que formam o mesmo ângulo com a horizontal, dotadas também de irregularidades (14). O perfil (15) apresenta canais longitudinais, um inferior (16), destinado a inserção das abas dos dispositivos de fixação inferiores e um superior (17), destinado a inserção do dispositivo de fixação de canto superior.EDGE FIXING SYSTEM FOR FURNITURE AND EDGE PROFILE refers to the present invention a system for fixing a finishing profile for furniture and the associated profile (15), intended to be used in the furniture manufacturing sector, being the fixation of the profile to the furniture obtained by the use of fixing devices, attached to the furniture by screws, in which the profile is inserted (15). The lower fixation devices consist of rectangular blades (2,7) arranged horizontally, from which rectangular flaps (4,8) protrude forming an angle to the horizontal, provided with irregularities (5,9) and shoulders (11) projecting from their lower faces, the lower corner fixing device (1) having two adjacent flaps (4) and the longitudinal fixing device only one (8), while the upper corner fixing device consists of two blades rectangular (13) perpendicular and forming the same angle with the horizontal, also with irregularities (14). The profile (15) has longitudinal channels, one lower (16), for the insertion of the flaps of the lower fixing devices and an upper one (17), for the insertion of the upper corner fixing device.
