Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA REMOVER OXIGêNIO DE UMA CORRENTE GASOSA DE ALIMENTAçãO CONTENDO OXIGêNIO ELEMENTAR E PELO MENOS UM OUTRO GáS PARA PRODUZIR UMA CORRENTE GASOSA DE RETIDO COM CONTEúDO DE OXIGêNIO DIMINUìDO". Processo para remover oxigênio de uma corrente gasosa de alimentação para produzir uma corrente gasosa de retido com conteúdo de oxigênio diminuído por meio de alimentação da corrente gasosa de alimentação em um sistema de separação volumosa de oxigênio para remover oxigênio a fim de produzir uma corrente de produto gasoso bruto com conteúdo de oxigênio diminuído e uma primeira corrente de efeuente de permeado contendo oxigênio, e alimentar a corrente de produto gasoso bruto com conteúdo de oxigênio diminuído em um separador possuindo uma membrana transportadora de íons primária para produzir uma segunda corrente de efluente de permeado e a corrente gasosa de retido com conteúdo de oxigênio diminuído. Um gás de purga reativo é adicionado para reagir com uma porção do permeado de oxigênio através da membrana transportadora de íons primária e purgar o lado de permeado da membrana transportadora de íons primária, e/ou uma corrente gasosa de reciclo compreendendo pelo menos uma porção de uma corrente gasosa durante o processo é adicionada em pelo menos uma das outras correntes gasosas.
