Abstract
<B>PNEU NãO PNEUMáTICO PARA USO INDUSTRIAL E FORA DE ESTRADA E PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO<D>, compreendendo uma estrutura tubular monobloco (1) de elastómero fundível, fundido em molde aberto, definido por um diâmetro interno (2) com superfície lisa e um diâmetro externo (3) onde se configura a banda de rodagem (7), possuindo em seu interior uma ou mais câmaras (6) que formam uma ou mais cavidades ocas preenchidas e pressurizadas com uma resina de elastómero macio ou espuma (5), contando com anéis de tela de aço (14) e furos (16) conformados por pinos posicionadores do molde, sendo que tal pneu é colado numa roda (Rr) formando assim uma estrutura monobloco pneu mais roda.<B> NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE FOR INDUSTRIAL USE AND OFF THE ROAD AND PROCESS FOR ITS MANUFACTURING <D>, comprising a monobloc tubular structure (1) of meltable elastomer, cast in an open mold, defined by an internal diameter (2) with smooth surface and an external diameter (3) where the tread (7) is configured, having inside it one or more chambers (6) that form one or more hollow cavities filled and pressurized with a soft elastomer resin or foam (5) , with steel mesh rings (14) and holes (16) conformed by mold positioning pins, and that tire is glued to a wheel (Rr) thus forming a monoblock tire plus wheel structure.
