Consiste a presente invenção de um "EQUIPAMENTO CANALIZADOR E ELIMINADOR DE GASES SANITáRIOS", contendo os seguintes componentes: um interruptor liga/desliga, um "led" de sinalização, um mini ventilador axial (ou assemelhado) adaptado para exaustão, interligado na parte inferior esquerda à um tubo de PVC que é conectado ao tubo de água de descarga do vaso, e na parte inferior direita a outro tubo de PVC, dotado de uma válvula solenoide, que ultrapassa o piso do banheiro, sendo conectado à tubulação de esgoto sob o vaso. O aparelho é instalado à uma altura de 250mm do cano de descarga do vaso, de maneira que não haja penetração de água no mesmo quando do uso da descarga.
