Abstract
<B>PROCESSO DE DESAROMATIZAçãO DE HIDROCARBONETOS POR ADSORçãO<D>. é descrito um processo de desaromatização de hidrocarbonetos por adsorção, para cargas de hidrocarbonetos contaminadas com desde 0,1 até 15% em peso de compostos aromáticos, em que a carga é adsorvida em leitos A-G de adsorventes zeolíticos para adsorção dos contaminantes aromáticos, purgada com uma corrente de gás combustível para retirada de hidrocarbonetos parafínicos/isoparafínicos/naftênicos retidos nos poros do adsorvente, seguido de dessorção dos compostos aromáticos adsorvidos com auxílio de uma corrente de gás combustível aquecido e resfriamento do leito visando o reinício da etapa de adsorção do ciclo seguinte. O processo é efetuado de acordo com os princípios de TSA (''Thermal Swing Adsorption'') e permite recuperação de até 98% dos hidrocarbonetos parafínicos;naftênicos da carga inicial, com teor de aromáticos inferior a 100 ppm peso.<B> HYDROCARBON DEAROMATIZATION PROCESS BY ADSORPTION <D>. a process for deactivating hydrocarbons by adsorption is described for hydrocarbon loads contaminated with from 0.1 to 15% by weight of aromatic compounds, in which the load is adsorbed on AG beds of zeolitic adsorbents for adsorption of aromatic contaminants, purged with a fuel gas stream for removing paraffinic / isoparaffinic / naphthenic hydrocarbons retained in the adsorbent pores, followed by desorption of the adsorbed aromatic compounds with the aid of a heated fuel gas stream and cooling the bed in order to restart the adsorption step of the next cycle . The process is carried out in accordance with the principles of TSA ('' Thermal Swing Adsorption '') and allows recovery of up to 98% of paraffinic hydrocarbons; naphthenic from the initial load, with an aromatic content of less than 100 ppm by weight.
