Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO PARA A FIXAçãO DO VOLANTE"<D>.Para fixação de um volante em uma coluna de direção com transmissão isenta de folga do torque e das forças axiais, é proposto um dispositivo no qual a extremidade da coluna de direção e o cubo de do volante estão formados na região de engate para uma transmissão do torque com fecho devido à forma. O dispositivo está caracterizado pelo fato de que a coluna de direção (1) está dotada de uma cavidade (2), semelhante à ranhura, circundante, na região do engate, a região de engate do cubo do volante (3) apresenta uma peça estacionária (4) e, por outro lado, uma peça girável (5) em torno de um eixo paralelo ao eixo da coluna de direção, a peça estacionária (4) pode ser unida com fecho devido à formacom a coluna de direçãol (1), a peça girável (5) apresenta um filete (6) adaptado à cavidade (2) semelhante à ranhura, que se estende sobre uma parte da periferia da cavidade (2), e que a peça girável (5) é forçosamente girável nas duas direções por meio de uma unidade de pino-porca (7, 8) apoiada na peça estacionária (4) e, substancialmente, de modo não-deslocável axialmente na peça girável (5), para levar o filete (6) ao engate e fora de engate com a cavidade (2).
