Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM COMPONENTE PLáSTICO OCO". Dispositivo de molde por injeção de gás com uma cavidade de molde (4), que se comunica através do dispositivo de válvula (12) com câmara de vazão (9) . O processo de moldagem por injeção é controlado por uma unidade de controle (16), de modo que o dispositivo de válvula é primeiro mantido parcialmente aberto durante a injeção do material plástico fundido (b) para a purga da cavidade do molde de ar e para o vazamento de uma primeira quantidade pequena de material plástico (c) para a câmara de vazão. Durante a injeção subseq³ente de gás, o dispositivo de válvula é completamente aberto.
