Abstract
<B>"MáQUINA DE DOBRA A PRENSA PARA DOBRAR CHAPAS DE METAL"<D> Máquina de dobra a prensa para dobrar chapas de metal, possuindo características aperfeiçoadas na dobra a prensa respectiva com sistema de controle e medição operando em pelo menos quatro pontos do ângulo de dobra, do tipo no qual a máquina de dobra a prensa possui: um perfurador superior de dobra alongado recíproco verticalmente (2, 101); uma matriz inferior de dobra alongada estática (5-102) com pelo menos um sulco de dobra longitudinal (5'-102'); meio apalpador para medir o movimento de dobra respectivo da chapa de metal em dobra dentro do referido sulco de dobra, a fim de controlar, através de unidade lógica de processo de dados, os parâmetros do processo de dobra na referida máquina de dobra, o referido meio apalpador operando com pelo menos quatro pontos de detecção de dobra, caracterizado pelo fato de todos os pontos de detecção serem concebidos de um modo tal a serem divididos em dois conjuntos de pontos de detecção de dobra, um para um lado (6-9"; Rc-esquerda; 18'; 108'-107'; 109'-1010') e um para o outro lado (7-9"'; Rc-direita; 18"; 108-107; 109"-1010") e em caminho simétrico dividido em número e posição respectivos ao plano vertical passando ao longo da linha de dobra de chapa respectiva, correspondendo com o canto de dobra da chapa dobrada resultante.
