Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA ALINHAMENTO DE RODAS". A invenção relaciona-se com um sistema de medida para medir os ângulos da roda e a largura projetada de um veículo (1) possuindo pelo menos dois pares de rodas e uma conexão, tal como um chassi do veículo (4) entre os respectivos pares de roda e que cada roda (5) de cada par de rodas possui um lado defrontando-se para longe do veículo (1) e um eixo de rotação para cada roda (5). O sistema de medida compreende pelo menos duas unidades de medida (9, 10), cada uma compreendendo um dispositivo (11) disposto para detectar a orientação do lado da roda no espaço através de determinação repetida da distância entre a unidade de medida (9, 10) e pelo menos um ponto no lado da roda que gira das rodas (5) do veículo (1), que rola em uma superfície (U) quando o veículo (1) percorre em uma certa direção (F) entre as unidades de medida (9m 10) e um processador (15), o qual, baseado nos sinais de medida refletidos (12), calcula a direção do eixo de rotação de cada roda (5), a distância de cada roda (5) até a respectiva unidade de medida (9, 10), a distância entre cada roda (5) em cada lado do veículo (1) e a linha central geométrica longitudinal (C) do veículo (1).
