Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"BOCAIS DE PULVERIZAçãO EM HéLICE TENDO PONTAS ELASTOMéRICAS COM FORMATO ABAULADO"<D>. Trata-se de um bocal para a distribuição de fluidos com partículas sólidas suspensas sem sofrer obstrução permanente parcial ou total. O bocal (40) é feito de um material elastomérico e tem uma ponta em formato de domo (40). A ponta em formato de domo tem uma fenda (42) que proporciona um orifício alongado que gera um padrão de jato do tipo hélice ao mesmo tempo em que permite que as partículas sólidas passem através do bocal sem obstrução permanente. A fenda é mantida normalmente fechada em descanso e proporciona as funções de pré-compressão e fechamento. Diversas versões do bocal são descritas, tais como um bocal em uma peça e uma inserção de bocal. Adicionalmente, o bocal pode ser fixado a um dispositivo de bomba atuado manualmente e ser usado como um sistema de fornecimento por jato.
