Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A CRISTALIZAçãO POR SUSPENSãO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método de separação de compostos orgânicos por meio de cristalização por suspensão em uma ou em várias etapas, sendo que cada etapa constitui-se de um cristalizador, eventualmente um recipiente de cristalização, e de um filtro (7) para separar a fase líquida da pasta de cristais. A fase líquida (8) separada no filtro (7) é reconduzida para a respectiva etapa de cristalização e a pasta de cristais (9, 11) é aduzida para a etapa subseq³ente ou é retirada da etapa final para a coluna de lavagem (20) para a separação completa da lixívia-mãe, o líquido empobrecido de isómero a ser cristalizado (21) sendo canalizado da etapa respectiva e a mistura de composto de partida (6a, 6b) sendo passada atrás da etapa de cristalização final. O método é caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos um pouco da lixívia-mãe da pasta de cristal extraída da etapa de cristalização final é gradualmente trocada pela mistura do composto de partida.Invention Patent: <B> "PROCESS FOR SUSPENSION CRYSTALLIZATION" <D>. The invention relates to a method of separating organic compounds by means of crystallization by suspension in one or in several stages, each stage constituting a crystallizer, possibly a crystallization vessel, and a filter (7) to separate the liquid phase from the crystal paste. The liquid phase (8) separated in the filter (7) is returned to the respective crystallization stage and the crystal paste (9, 11) is added to the subsequent stage or removed from the final stage to the washing column (20) for the complete separation of the mother liquor, the isomer-depleted liquid to be crystallized (21) being channeled from the respective step and the starting compound mixture (6a, 6b) being passed behind the final crystallization step. The method is characterized by the fact that at least some of the mother liquor from the crystal paste extracted from the final crystallization step is gradually replaced by the mixture of the starting compound.
