These comprise a surfactant mixture, which in itself comprises: a) at least 65% by weight of the total non-ionic surfactant surfactant; b) less than 1% by weight of the total anionic surfactant surfactant; c) 0.1 to 35% by weight of the total surfactant of a cationic surfactant, which is a fatty monoalkyl ammonium quaternary compound, wherein the alkyl chains comprise at least 10% of C18-C26 alkyl groups; wherein said composition additionally comprises at least 0.5% by weight of an organic amine having a pKa of at least 8.0.
