Patente de Invenção: <B>"PREPARADO NA FORMA DE UM COMPOSTO COADJUVANTE DE MATERIAL MATRIZ OPCIONALMENTE CONTENDO SUBSTâNCIA ATIVA"<D>. é descrito um preparado na forma de um composto contendo material matriz com uma fase de material coadjuvante com pelo menos um material coadjuvante e/ou uma fase de substância ativa com pelo menos uma substância ativa e uma fase de material matriz com pelo menos um polímero e/ou um lipídio. A invenção distingue-se pelo fato de que a fase de material matriz preparado é incoerente e que a fase coadjuvante e/ou fase de substância ativa do preparado é coerente. Além disso, é descrito um processo para preparação do preparado de acordo com a invenção. O preparado de acordo com a invenção é apropriado para a preparação de grandes unidades matriz com propriedades de liberação controladas de acordo com processos conhecidos e particularmente para preparação de tabletes por meio de tabletamento direto.
