A invenção refere-se ao uso de aminotiazóis de fórmula (I): e a complexos metálicos e sais de adição de ácido dos mesmos, em que R significa hidrogênio ou C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila e X representa halogênio, NO~ 2~, CN e SCN, como microbicidas para proteger material técnico de infestação com e destruição por microorganismos."USE OF AMINOISOTIAZOLS AND PROCESSES TO PROTECT INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS FROM BEING ATTACHED AND DESTROYED BY MICROORGANISMS, AND PREPARING MICROBICIDAL COMPOSITIONS". The invention relates to the use of aminothiazoles of formula (I): and to metal complexes and acid addition salts thereof, where R stands for hydrogen or C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 4 ~ alkyl and X represents halogen, NO ~ 2 ~, CN and SCN, as microbicides to protect technical material from infestation with and destruction by microorganisms.
