Abstract
"RESINAS LINEARES DE POLIéSTER FUNCIONAIS DE CARBOXILA TERCIáRIA, RESINA DE POLIGLICIDILéSTER, COMPOSIçõES DE REVESTIMENTO EM Pó E LìQUIDA, E, PRODUTO REVESTIDO COM UMA COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO". Resinas lineares de poliéster funcionais de carboxila terciária obteníveis por reação de a) no mínimo um composto A~ 1~, compreendendo o produro de reação de (i) um glicidiléster de uma mistura de isómeros de ácidos monocarboxílicos saturados sintéticos altamente ramificados de fórmula (I) em que R~ 1~, R~ 2~ e R~ 3~ são gruipos alquil de 1 a 15 átomos de carbono, dos quais no mínimo um é metil, cada ácido contendo de 5 a 19 e de preferência de 5 a 13 átomos de carbono e de preferência glicidilésteres CARDURA, e (ii) uma mistura dos referidos ácidos monocarboxílicos saturados sintéticos altamente ramificados, em uma razão molar de 1:1; referido componente A~ 1~ sendo opcionalmente misturados com ácido hidróxi piválico (A~ 2~) e/ou difenilolpropano hidrogenado (A~ 3~); b) no mínimo um composto B de ácido dicarboxílico cicloalilfático ou aromático, compreendendo dois grupos carboxilas alifáticos secundários ou aromáticos ou o anidrido deste; opcionalmente c) no mínimo um composto C de ácido di-hidroximonocarboxílico compreendendo um grupo carboxila alifático terciário e dois grupos hidroxila alifáticos, que podem cada qual independentemente ser hidroxilas primárias ou secundárias; e d) opcionalmente no mínimo um composto de diol D compreendendo dois grupos hidroxila alifáticos que podem cada qual independentemente ser um grupo hidroxila primário ou secundário; a razão molar dos compostos A~ 1~:A~ 2~+A~ 3~:B:C:D sendo A~ 1~(2-A~ 1~):X+Y+1:X:Y, em que A~ 1~varia de 0,1 a 2, em que Y varia de 0 a 6 e X varia de 2 a 8, a uma temperatura de 100 a 225°C, até que essencialmente todo os grupos carboxila não terciários conforme inicialmente presentes na mistura reacional tenham sido reagidos; poliglicidilésteres derivados das referidas resinas de poliéster e contendo composições compreendendo no mínimo uma resina de poliéster e/ou no mínimo uma resina de poliglicidil.
