Patente de Invenção: <B>"FITASE DE BACILLUS SUBTILIS, GENE CODIFICANDO A REFERIDA FITASE, MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO E USO DA MESMA"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a fitase ou a um derivado funcional da mesma tendo uma atividade específica de pelo menos 20 U/mg de proteína. A invenção também se refere a ácidos nucléicos que codificam a referida fitase, bem como a métodos para a produção da fitase e o uso da mesma em agricultura bem como no processamento de alimentos e rações para animais.
