Abstract
"SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAçõES DE TELEFONIA CELULAR E DE GERENCIAMENTO DE REDE DE TRANSPORTE ATRAVéS DE UM ENLACE DE COMUNICAçõES COM O PRIMEIRO SISTEMA". Para suportar faculdade de reparação de sistema de comunicações, um fluxo de bit de dados multi-nível (38), suscetível de suportar acesso de rede ATM de largura de banda variável, inclui um canal de operação embutido (42) usado por um sistema de gerenciamento de rede de transporte (34) para suportar funcionalidades de manutenção de conexão, monitoração de desempenho, rastreamento de caminho, gerenciamento de serviço e testes. O sistema de gerenciamento de rede de transporte efetua uma funcionalidade de subcamada de convergência específica para converter (256) entre objetos gerenciados de operação e manutenção formatados por Protocolo de Informação de Gerenciamento Comum (CMIP) e um formato de mensagem para os dados de canal de operação embutido. A conversão compreende encapsulamento de Elemento de Serviço de Operações Remotas (ROSE) (258), com os dados encapsulados incorporados dentro do canal de operação embutido do fluxo de bit de dados multi-nível. Uma interface é prevista com a rede ATM através de uma camada de adaptação ATM para segmentar o fluxo de bit de dados multi-nível em uma pluralidade de Células ATM (26). A comunicação de mensagens de operação de manutenção com o sistema de gerenciamento de rede de transporte é proporcionada para ambos sistemas de comunicação sem fio e por fio acessando a rede ATM.
