Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CABO COAXIAL E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DO MESMO''<D>. Um cabo coaxial flexível compreende um núcleo incluindo pelo menos um condutor interno e um dielétrico de espuma com célula fechada circundando o condutor interno. O cabo coaxial flexível também inclui um revestimento metálico tubular firmemente circundando e preferivelmente ligado ao núcleo. O dielétrico de espuma com célula fechada é uma espuma de poliolefina de baixa densidade e possui propriedades elétricas melhoradas sobre os dielétricos de espuma convencionais. O cabo coaxial tem uma velocidade de propagação maior do que aproximadamente 90 porcento da velocidade da luz, mas ainda mantém grande flexibilidade e caracterísitcas de curvatura.
