Abstract
<B>"MéTODO PARA AUMENTAR O NìVEL DE EXPRESSãO DE UM TRANSGENE, POPULAçãO DE CéLULAS MONOCOTILEDÈNEAS, PLANTAS E SEMENTES"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de aumentar a expressão de transgenes em uma população de plantas monocotiledóneas, o qual envolve o emprego de uma construção de DNA que compreende, entre outras, pelo menos uma região de ligação do tipo plataforma do local de gene de lisozima de galinha.<B> "METHOD FOR INCREASING THE LEVEL OF EXPRESSION OF A TRANSGENE, POPULATION OF MONOCHTILE CELLS, PLANTS AND SEEDS" <D>. The present invention relates to a method of increasing the expression of transgenes in a population of monocotyledonous plants, which involves the use of a DNA construct that comprises, among others, at least one platform-type binding region of the site of chicken lysozyme gene.
