"PROCESSOS DE PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO PARA A TRANSFERêNCIA DE áCIDOS NUCLéICOS E PARA A TRANSFERêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLéICO EM CéLULAS IN VITRO OU EX VIVO, E, COMPOSIçãO PARA A TRANSFERêNCIA DE áCIDOS NUCLéICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de preparação de uma composição para a transferência de ácidos nucléicos compreendendo a colocação em contato de um ácido nucléico com um lipídeo catiónico, de acordo com o qual, previamente à colocação em contato, o lipídeo catiónico é submetido a uma etapa de aquecimento. A invenção refere-se igualmente às composições obtidas e sua utilização.
