Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM CONDUTO FLEXìVEL". A invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de um conduto flexível do tipo que compreende, do interior para o exterior, um tubo metálico flexível de enrolamento helicoidal de espiras (2), uma bainha interna de estanqueidade (3) disposta em volta do dito duto metálico flexível, pelo menos uma manta de armaduras (5) enrolada em volta da dita bainha de estanqueidade interna e pelo menos uma bainha de estanqueidade externa (7), a bainha de estanqueidade interna sendo extrudada com o auxilio de meios de extrusão sobre o tubo metálico flexível. Ele é caracaterizado pelo fato de que ele consiste, por outro lado, em aquecer o dito tubo metálico flexível (2) a montante dos meios de extrusão e a uma temperatura inferior a 100°C.
